MERIT 01

24 hours of peace of mind road service

Spare tire replacement at puncture
We will do the replacement work for on-board spare tires on site.
Key lock and unlock
We will perform unlocking work on site. (Excluding cases where the key cannot be confirmed, such as in the trunk)
Restart when battery runs down
Connect the cables on site and start the engine.
Replenishment when out of gas
We will refuel around 10 liters on site.
Raising a fallen wheel that cannot run on its own
If you cannot run on your own due to a falling wheel, we will raise and lower the vehicle. (Not applicable to falls and rollovers)

Pedestrian Disability Special
In the event of an accident with a pedestrian or bicycle, we will cover the amount including the negligence of the other party not covered by personal liability insurance.
Special contract for uninsured cars
In the event of an accident with an uninsured car, we will pay insurance money.
Accommodation expenses
If you are unable to drive on your own due to an accident or breakdown, you will be charged one night’s extra stay.
Transfer cost burden
If you are unable to drive on your own due to an accident or breakdown, you will be charged for returning home or moving to the destination for the time being.
Lawyer expenses
In case of accidents, we will cover lawyer expenses.
